Exactly! Don’t sit there and think about all the foods you are avoiding. There are so many ways to make healthier versions of desserts, snacks, and meals. Focus on finding creative and new ways to make healthier versions of the unhealthy foods you are cutting out. That way you get to eat healthy and still keep the foods you love (to some extent).
Also, who doesn’t love a good challenge? This especially comes into play with desserts because trying to replace a dessert with a healthy version of it, which still tastes good, isn’t always easy. However, it is extremely rewarding when it does work out.
